TASKS THAT AN ATREUS MANAGER ASSUMES AS PMO OFFICER OR PROJECT MANAGER

Analysis of the current situation of the company and derivation of the strategic planning of the project or program, which is often particularly complex due to internationality
Establishment of a project system with consistent time planning, consistent project tracking and definition of suitable project management methods for the individual subprojects
Active and integrative change management
Development of a catalog of measures with individual measures
Identification of savings potentials and corresponding implementation
Project communication as the most important assurance of goal achievement
Building and managing a project team with internal (and external) resources

Coaching individual project managers and the teams
Early identification of barriers and initiation of measures to overcome them
Monitoring and tracking milestones and supporting the initiation of countermeasures, if required
Project and program reporting
If required, integration of additional people or expertise via the Atreus network
Close coordination with the Atreus Director, who is often a member of steering committees
