Situation and Challenge

Classic bridging of vacancy during ongoing operations and very short-term takeover of a previous interim manager (with option for permanent employment)
Stabilize and lead P&C’s global finance team, supporting P&C’s new President/CEO in its acquisition
Short-term coordination and preparation of the annual short- and medium-term planning for the P&C segment and its presentation to the Management Board

Ensuring the smooth processing of day-to-day business, e.g. period-end closing, forecasts, weekly tracking, recurring analyses, etc.
Transparent preparation of data and ensuring the required data quality to create decision-relevant analyses
