Anke Felder joins the Atreus Industrial Advisory Board, bringing experience and expertise as a CHRO and Board member across a broad range of global industrial and technology groups.

Anke Felder was most recently the CHRO at Mahle, a global mobility solutions provider present in 30 countries with over 70,000 employees. Prior to Mahle she was CHRO for Opel-Vauxhall, now part of Stellantis and ThyssenKrupp North America where she spent 4 years based in Chicago, USA. Other roles included leadership positions in GEA, based in Düsseldorf, Chicago and Baltimore and Grundfos, the Danish based leading manufacturer of fluid management systems.

A transformational leader, Anke Felder has led significant change programs, aligning human capital strategies to stay ahead of the fast pace of technological change and latest workforce dynamics and trends.

Currently based between US and Europe, Anke Felder will bring her unique perspective of global HR leadership to Atreus.
