Dr. Christian Sames specializes in project, process, and program management in the automotive sector, as well as interim top management roles. He has deep technical and strategic expertise with broad functional coverage, particularly in large-scale transformation projects.

Dr. Christian Sames began his career at a leading management consulting firm, focusing on the automotive and high-tech sectors. He then joined OSRAM’s Automotive Business Unit, where he was responsible for technology strategy.
After AMS’s acquisition, Dr. Christian Sames established a technical audit function, leading projects across operations, R&D, purchasing, IT, and cybersecurity. He later returned to management consulting as a principal at Roland Berger, contributing to the industrial/automotive management team and developing the semiconductor, quantum, photonics, and optics clusters.
