Christiane Hanke-Harloff is an experienced executive, consultant and board member in the biotechnology/pharma and CDMO sectors.

She is an independent consultant for venture capital and private equity firms and supports biotech companies from the start-up phase in operational and strategic projects.

She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Recipharm AB, InnoCore Pharmaceuticals BV and a member of the Advisory Board of Ascenion GmbH. As an Associate Partner at Fidelio Healthcare Partners, she supports the pharmaceutical and CDMO industry in the areas of pre-due diligence, due diligence and M&A.

Dr. Hanke-Harloff has a successful career spanning more than 25 years as an executive. Her broad expertise covers the entire pharmaceutical value chain with a focus on biologics – including early-stage development and manufacturing. At Gilead Sciences and other biotech companies, she was responsible for organizational strategy, the establishment, restructuring or expansion of international business units.

Dr. Hanke-Harloff studied biology at the LMU Munich and subsequently obtained her doctorate in molecular biology at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried
