Dr. Hahner is a proven top manager with an impressive career in the chemical and construction chemicals industry spanning over 28 years of global management experience.

His expertise extends in particular to the areas of innovation, sustainability (ESG), supply chain and the transformation of companies in strategy and organizational development.

From 2014 to 2022, Dr. Hahner served as CTO at DAW SE and received multiple awards for his contributions in the areas of sustainability and innovation. Prior to that, he spent a total of 14 years in the USA, where he held roles at Wacker Chemie AG and on the Executive Management Board of Laticrete Int. as VP for Research & Development, Procurement and Strategy.

In parallel to his work at DAW SE, Dr. Hahner was a member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Bauchemie from 2015 to 2022, serving as Chairman of the Executive Board from 2020 to 2022.

Today, Dr. Hahner works as an independent management consultant, senior advisor and interim manager, where he contributes his extensive experience and in-depth expertise. He is also active as a film and theater producer.
