Dr. Michael Schneider has extensive C-level experience as CEO and CFO in stock listed companies, private equity and family businesses.

Until end of 2022 he was CEO of NORMA Group SE, a German stock listed industry supplier with € 1.3 bn sales. He was CFO in mid-sized and multi-billion sales companies in different industries like automotive, healthcare, water management, and chemicals.

He has broad experience in strategic management of companies, financial management, M&A- and transaction projects and in the communication to stakeholders, in growth and transformation periods as well as in restructuring and crisis management.

Dr. Michael Schneider studied business administration where he also holds a PhD. He focuses on advisory, board functions and investments.
