Erwin Doll has 30 years of management experience in the chemical, automotive, industrial, medical and plastics industries as well as startups.

After his studies of mechanical engineering at TU Kaiserslautern he worked 13 years in market development of plastics at BASF, thereof 7 years as expat in in the US and the UK. Subsequently, he moved into the automotive industry and headed up 4 years as General Manager the BMW/Rover business unit of Johnson Controls and as EVP 3 years the region Central Europe at Plastic Omnium. Finally, he joined Roechling for 12 years and managed as CEO the Automotive companies and as Vice-Chairman and CTO of the group its digital transformation.

Since 15 years he has been active as Supervisory Board Member and Non-Executive Director, currently at Kendrion, Witte Automotive and Aeristech. 11 years he was a member of the supplier board and 2 committees of the VDA, and is an active investor and advisor of startups since 7 years.
