Harald Smolak is Atreus Partner and Director. His focus is on Mindful Leadership, coaching of top executives, conflict management, organizational and team development, corporate transformation.

In doing so, he accompanies his clients from the information technology, telecommunications, services, electronics, medical technology and insurance industries. Mr. Smolak has more than 25 years of experience in general management, marketing & sales, human resources and consulting. Before joining Atreus, he held several senior positions in leading telecommunications companies, including Senior Vice President Sales Americas at Siemens AG and Head of Human Resources Marketing & Sales at Nokia.
