Jens Thiel is a manager with experience as CEO, COO and CFO

Today he advises companies, from start-ups to corporations, in the international capital goods and technology industries on the strategic and operational development, expansion and transformation of their business activities.

Before that, he founded, developed and managed business units worldwide for well-known corporations such as thyssenkrupp, Air Liquide, Babcock Borsig, Mannesmann Demag and Gutehoffnungshütte with corresponding P&L responsibilities in the billion euro range for almost three decades. These activities were combined with long-term stays abroad in North America, Korea and the Middle East. He also served on various supervisory and advisory boards of companies outside Germany. Jens Thiel earned his diploma at the “Gerhard Mercator University” in Duisburg and took part in management programs at the IMD Business School.
