Marc Herwick is Vice President Finance and Business Support and a member of the Atreus Executive Board.

He gained extensive experience in a variety of key finance roles and as a managing director in global, regional and local functions in the US and Europe. He has in-depth knowledge of international corporations and medium-sized companies in the public and private equity environment.

As an interim manager, he has specialised in takeovers, restructurings, change and turnaround management as well as performance management. He also has particular expertise in company valuations, mergers & acquisitions and comprehensive cash management with a focus on integration and compliance.

Marc Herwick has gained his more than 20 years of experience in particular through many years of leading teams in matrix environments in multicultural companies. He is also a private lecturer for MBA courses, focussing on the development of students, employees and the coaching of C-level functions.
